Once prepared, the samples should be attached to the request forms corresponding to each bird. These forms should then be folded as indicated to protect the samples and placed in an envelope. You can put several folded request forms with their  samples attached within the same envelope without any problem, providing there is no contact between the samples. The samples are now ready to be sent!

All the samples that we receive need to have a registration request that is automatically is generated when you register your birds' data. When you confirm your shipment, you will see a .pdf document that you can download and print. In each application, you will have to attach the corresponding samples for each bird.
